Today we brought an injured stray cat from our neighbourhood to ARH 24/7 Emergency & Specialist Vet. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was warm and welcoming, and a vet saw her immediately. They checked for a microchip, explained everything clearly, and treated her shoulder wound with great care. The vet reassured us that the injury was not serious, provided pain relief, and advised us to follow up with a regular vet for stitches and antibiotics to keep the cost down. We were incredibly touched that they did not charge us any fees not even the initial $280 consultation fee and even gave us a simple carrier to transport her safely. We are truly grateful for their compassion, professionalism, and generosity. Thank you for helping this vulnerable cat and supporting those of us who are trying to care for her.

I cannot give high enough praise to the whole team at CARE; the surgeons, vets, nurses and receptionist staff were all amazing. Our dog Marty was incredibly sick having a septic abdomen from a gall stone and had two surgeries and spent two weeks in special care. Throughout the whole experience they gave the very best care to him and were incredibly kind and compassionate to my partner and I dealing with all sorts of emotions. They dealt with financial matters, visitation and explained his health issues with the uttermost professionalism. Your furry friends are in good hands here.

Nurses are so sweet they will honestly make you cry in happiness. Unsure on their names but there was three girls who were treating our dog, talking to us with so much respect and giving us constant updates, allowed us to call whenever throughout the night and photos were sent whenever we asked. Knowing our little girl was in the best care made it so much more of an ease to sleep at night. This kind of service needs to be recognized you dont get this anywhere else anymore. Forever will be my go to emergency vet
