If you have an emergency or are worried about your pet’s health, please contact us on (02) 8610 3400 and we can assess the need for emergency treatment. You don’t need a referral or appointment to attend our hospital in an emergency.

 

About ARH Minchinbury


Our Animal Referral Hospital in Minchinbury is now open.

The fifth hospital to join the ARH network in New South Wales, ARH Minchinbury is a new purpose-built multidisciplinary hospital. It opened in late 2023 to meet the needs of the local Western Sydney community and the growing demands of pet ownership.

ARH Minchinbury covers an impressive 1270m², and features the latest technology. This includes an advanced diagnostic imaging suite, 1.5 Tesla MRI, CT, X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, Endoscopy as well as an onsite laboratory.

Our facilities

The fifth hospital to join our network in New South Wales, this new, purpose-built site features:

  • Nine consultation rooms and three operating theatres offering plenty of space to care for your fur family
  • A critical care unit for emergency case
  • Dedicated dog and cat waiting areas and separate dog and cat wards to help create a calm environment
  • An advanced diagnostic imaging suite
  • New human-grade 1.5 Tesla MRI, as well as CT and x-ray
  • Fluoroscopy, ultrasound and endoscopy
  • On-site laboratory

With a strong culture of ongoing learning and development at ARH Minchinbury, we also have a dedicated education and training wing with one of the largest seminar and wet lab facilities for practical hands-on learning to support the career development of vets and nurses across Greater Western and Southwest Sydney.
