Emergency Vets & Animal Hospitals in Sydney

Today we brought an injured stray cat from our neighbourhood to ARH 24/7 Emergency & Specialist Vet. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was warm and welcoming, and a vet saw her immediately. They checked for a microchip, explained everything clearly, and treated her shoulder wound with great care. The vet reassured us that the injury was not serious, provided pain relief, and advised us to follow up with a regular vet for stitches and antibiotics to keep the cost down. We were incredibly touched that they did not charge us any fees not even the initial $280 consultation fee and even gave us a simple carrier to transport her safely. We are truly grateful for their compassion, professionalism, and generosity. Thank you for helping this vulnerable cat and supporting those of us who are trying to care for her.

I had a really positive experience at this vet hospital. The triage nurse whose name was Lisa was incredibly lovely and kind, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. She took the time to listen, showed genuine care, and treated both me and my dachshund with compassion. That kindness made a big difference, and Im very grateful.

We recently brought in our 19 year old cat who was seriously ill, and she received almost immediate attention from Dr Ailiee & Sammy who were at the clinic that night. Sadly, our girl didn't make it back home which was devastating however the kindness, gentleness, love, care and empathy that our family was shown by these 2 incredible ladies will never be forgotten. We were also comforted by another lovely staff member Brittany and together these ladies made the world of difference to our family during such a difficult time. We are deeply grateful to them for their efforts and incredible work ethic, and we simply could not recommend them highly enough.
