ARH Homebush took incredible care of our Albert in a time where no one knew what was wrong with him. From the moment we walked in, to the multiple emergency visits, Dr Emily and the team at ARH truly helped us through such a tough time in our lives and cared for Albert as their own. He received treatment in a timely manner, and we were given regular updates on his condition. They practice patient-family centred care, involving us in all the decisions moving forward with Alberts comfort at the forefront of every decision made. As we had never experienced something like this before, they were so incredibly compassionate and guided us through every step which has made long lasting results to his health after. ARH, you guys are the absolute best! We are forever indebted and grateful to you all and wish you guys got the recognition you all deserve.

Two weeks ago, we lost our beautiful boy, Barney. From the moment we rushed him into the ARH, every staff member showed incredible compassion and did everything they could to save him. Heartbreakingly, we made the difficult decision to stop CPR. After Barney passed, we were unable to bring him home straight away. This was an incredibly distressing time for us, as we were unsure who would care for him while we were in the process of moving house and preparing a place for him to be laid to rest. The team at ARH were so understanding of our circumstances and kindly cared for Barney with love and dignity over the following two weeks. Barney was treated with the utmost care right up until the moment he was returned to us. We are so grateful to every member of staff for looking after our precious boy during one of the hardest times of our lives. Thank you also for the paw print and lock of hairthese keepsakes mean more to us than words can express. Your kindness, compassion, and support meant the world to Barney and our family.

The staff at ARH helped us with emergency end-of-life care for our beloved 11 year old Maine Coon (he had a severe heart condition but final illness was very sudden and distressing.) Their care and consideration for both Rogue and myself was exemplary, with his comfort and relief of pain their first priority, and then taking care of us and allowing us plenty of time with him before handling his euthanasia when we were ready in a very caring and professional manner.
