The most thorough Vet I have had the pleasure of visiting and made my partner and I feel very comfortable, he provided expert knowledge and clear next steps for our English Bulldog puppy, Penelope. Side note, Dr Espinheira took such care and provided granular detail, he answered all our questions and did not rush us. What a positive experience! Two weeks ago, we lost our beautiful boy, Barney. From the moment we rushed him into the ARH, every staff member showed incredible compassion and did everything they could to save him. Heartbreakingly, we made the difficult decision to stop CPR. After Barney passed, we were unable to bring him home straight away. This was an incredibly distressing time for us, as we were unsure who would care for him while we were in the process of moving house and preparing a place for him to be laid to rest. The team at ARH were so understanding of our circumstances and kindly cared for Barney with love and dignity over the following two weeks. Barney was treated with the utmost care right up until the moment he was returned to us. We are so grateful to every member of staff for looking after our precious boy during one of the hardest times of our lives. Thank you also for the paw print and lock of hairthese keepsakes mean more to us than words can express. Your kindness, compassion, and support meant the world to Barney and our family.

I came in early this morning around 2:30am with my partner for my cat, who needed urgent care. I am so grateful for the kindness and sensitivity shown to us during our visit. The nurse was quick to get us seen, and the vet was concise yet thorough in explaining her diagnosis and prognosis. I had to make the difficult decision to let my girl go, but I know she passed as peacefully and comfortably as we could have hoped for, purring right until the end.
