A huge thank you to the team at ARH for looking after our girl during her emergency and recovery. To say I was in a state of panic when I brought my baby in during a sudden episode is probably an understatement. The reception staff were incredibly caring and sensitive, allowing us to settle into a quiet room while we registered. The emergency nurse (Louise) and the vets (Dr Ingrid, Dr Mark, and Dr Max) were supportive and highly communicative throughout her two-night stay. It truly felt like everyone I spoke to genuinely cared about her wellbeing, and the treatments and tests they suggested were always in her absolute best interest. I am also so grateful for the behind-the-scenes medical staff who looked after her 24/7. A massive shoutout to the entire team for being so understanding, caring, and most importantly, making sure our Tonkinese princess came home safe and much healthier!

Such wonderful, responsive and genuinely caring service! I arrived home from work on Friday evening to discover my dog was clearly distressed with what appeared to be an ear infection. He was constantly shaking his head, and his ears were really bothering him. Of course, it was after hours, and the thought of leaving him uncomfortable and in pain overnight was awful. I looked up emergency veterinary care and gave this clinic a call. Within 40 minutes, my dog had been seen, assessed and treated, and I was heading home with medication and clear instructions for his ongoing care. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of this clinic. Professional, compassionate, efficient and genuinely caring. Exactly what you hope for when your much-loved pet needs help. Thank you so much for such exceptional care. Absolutely fantastic service!

I just want to say a big heartfelt thank you to the beautiful vet and nurses at Midland AEC who were there last week when our Cat Marty sadly passed away. They tried their hardest to save him but it was unfortunately too late. The beautiful card, fur clipping and paw and nose prints that they so kindly made for us was delivered to us yesterday and it was truly so heartwarming. It really meant a lot to us, as did our Marty. We miss him more than anything. Thank you for trying to save our boy and for the aftercare you provided us with. You all do an amazing but extremely difficult job. From the Fitzpatrick Family.
