That’s why we offer a range of payment options for peace of mind, to suit you and your unique circumstances.

In addition to accepting VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, EFTPOS or cash, see below the payment plans and coverage options we offer across our network. Please note, payment options available may differ at each location.

Afterpay is available at Animal Referral & Emergency Network locations. Your pet can get the care they need, and you can spread your payments over 6 weeks.

How does it work?
Zip lets you make purchases now and pay later, without the need for a credit card. Once you sign up and get approved, you’ll have a line of credit and a shopping account. Using your account and credit line, you can make purchases which you then pay back in regular instalments.

VetPay is a payment plan that allows clietnts to pay for their pet’s treatment over time. Clients pay an initial deposit to the clinic, and the balance is paid in fortnightly repayments via direct debit from your nominated bank account.

1. Apply for pre-approval – and receive a response from VetPay within 15minutes!
2. Have your treatment costs added to your account – our clinic team will do this for you
3. Receive confirmation of treatment coverage – VetPay will confirm they will cover the costs of the treatment and email your fortnightly payment plan
4. Enjoy peace of mind – Once your account is set up there is no need to re-apply. Enjoy the benefits and peace of mind offered by VetPay 24/7 service

Depending on the type of treatment your pet requires, pet insurance may cover some or all of your payment.

We suggest conducting thorough research on different service providers to identify the policy that provides optimal coverage for your pets. It’s important to note that certain insurers may exclude pre-existing conditions or animals beyond a specific age, so it is advisable to obtain pet insurance proactively rather than waiting until it becomes necessary.

If you have pet insurance, our friendly team can process claims from a range of providers at the time of your appointment, please just ensure you have your provider name and policy number handy and advise these details when you arrive.

Healthy Pets Plus is a simple and affordable wellness plan, designed to keep your pet happier and healthier for longer! 

The below exceptions apply:

  • Free emergency consultations are available 24/7 at Greencross Vet Hospital in Werribee (VIC), The Centre for Animal Referral & Emergency (CARE), ARH Homebush (NSW), and ARH Baulkham Hills (NSW).
  • At ARH Brisbane, emergency consultations are discounted only, at 20% off.
